We all hear the word "yoga" routinely. And often it is associated with fast, body movement and postures. Less around yoga sequence and, for sure, little to do with body appearance, I provide a slow pace for men and women who are seeking to manage trauma symptoms.

Yoga for Aging
There is less teaching on how to use yoga to let go of our ideal version of yoga as we age and become ill. The pressure to maintain asanas we once achieved prevents us from embracing ancient teachings on letting go and accepting current and future limitations. I offer a safe space to prolong calm breath, steady gait, proper back bending, muscle activity, and more.
