For many of us, time in the military is in the past. And crisis is not a factor any longer. But none of us can deny that those days shaped us. While our service taught us plenty, we want to ensure that any negative experience doesn't get in the way of personal and professional goals.

Relationships

I focus heavily on how we are doing within our most sacred relationships. Our partners or spouses deserve our very best. Without designing our home or significant relationships with military attire, we must activate intimacy and regulate emotions in a way that is most fulfilling to all involved.
